By accessing sweetkart.in you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.

The website

You can order here in two ways: pay online at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp or by phone. What is listed on this site is an invitation to order, not a binding offer to sell. An order paid online is accepted when your payment succeeds and we send you an order confirmation by email. An order placed on WhatsApp or by phone is accepted once we confirm it with you. If we cannot fulfil an order we have already accepted, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Because everything is made fresh in small batches, availability changes. For an online order, the price and availability shown at checkout are the ones that apply; for a WhatsApp or phone order we confirm both with you before you pay. We may update prices on this page at any time.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and photographs are of our own products. Because these are handmade foods, colour, texture and piece count can vary slightly between batches.

Allergens

Our products contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), seeds and dairy (A2 cow ghee), and are made in a facility that handles nuts. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sweetkart is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Orders placed on this website

An order placed through our website checkout is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order reference (format SK-XXXX-XXXX). Prices shown at checkout are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of 5% GST (HSN 210690). Shipping is ₹50 per order, free on orders of ₹1,000 or more.

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Coupon codes are limited to one per order; FIRST10 may be used once per mobile number and, where stated, is subject to a minimum order value. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will cancel the affected order and refund it in full. We dispatch within 2–4 working days of confirming your order, as described on our delivery page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
