We confirm availability, the delivery charge for your pincode and the total. Nothing is charged before this.
You pay by UPI or bank transfer.
We make and dispatch within 2–4 working days, and send you the courier tracking link.

For same-area delivery, order on Zomato and it arrives the way any Zomato order does — no waiting on courier dispatch.

Dispatch time: 2–4 working days from confirmation. Festive weeks can take longer; we say so when we confirm.
Delivery charge: Depends on your pincode and parcel size. Quoted before you pay — never added afterwards.
Couriers: Third-party courier partners with tracking. We share the tracking link once the parcel is picked up.
Packaging: Sealed food-grade containers, packed to travel.
Damaged or wrong item: Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — replacement or full refund, your choice. Full policy.
