Your privacy matters to us. It is Sweetkart's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, sweetkart.in, and any other sites we own and operate.

What we collect

You can order on this website or on WhatsApp. Checkout is guest-only — there is no login and we do not create accounts. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor, and are never seen or stored by us.

• WhatsApp and phone: when you message or call us to place an order, we receive your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Email: anything you send to info@sweetkart.in.

How we use it

Only to fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep the records we are required to keep as a food business. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Website orders

When you place and pay for an order through our website checkout, we store your name, phone number, email (if you give one), delivery address, the items and amounts of your order, and the Razorpay payment ID for that order. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor, and are never seen or stored by us. We keep these order records as required by GST law (currently six years). To ask us to show, correct or delete this information, email info@sweetkart.in — see "Your choices" below.

Sharing

We share your delivery name, address and phone number with our courier partner solely so your order can be delivered. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting, tax and food-safety compliance, then delete them.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email info@sweetkart.in or message us on WhatsApp and we will action it.
